Video trim

On my G3 I had the option of trimming videos which I had recorded. I can't remember if I ever had this functionality on my N5 (kitkat), but on my new N6 there's no such option. The edit option in the Photos app doesn't do anything with videos. Is this the same for everyone, and if so, what are you using to trim video footage.

Seems such an obvious feature missing, unless I'm missing something.

My S3 had a burst option with the camera too. The hardware on this device is pretty good but the software is kind of lacking. There is also no slow motion video which seems bizarre to me.

Well if you find a good one let me know I was looking to trim some video of the day but just said.. Meh I'll post the whole thing

Seems crazy. I haven't even been able to locate anything half decent on Google Play to edit my stuff. First they removed Gallery and left us with Photos (which is shocking by comparison) forcing you to install apps like QuickPic, and now you need separate video editing software too. Madness!
