I recently transferred a couple of MPEG-4 personal videos from my pc to my N7 and then discovered that lip movement was out of sync with sound. This happens with either drag and drop (using usb cable) or wireless transfer. Am I doing something wrong?

I notice larger-resolution videos end up with a delay in terms of the audio being behind the video. Offhand I can think of a 1280x720p mp4 I was playing a few days ago in MX Player, BS Player and Mobo Player. I can't recall if it was 30fps or 60fps but that was the first time I had a problem with synchronized video and audio on my Nexus 7.

Thanks Nick. The video clips I transferred were taken on my Android HTC Hero mobile phone and initially stored on my pc. I don't know if that makes any difference. I'm going to try transferring HD video clips taken on a Samsung VP-HMX10 to see if there's a similar problem.
