Videos from V10 to Facebook look horrible

Just got my V10 and love it. It takes really good videos but when I upload them to Facebook, they look like it's taken on a flip phone lol. I'm taking in uhd.

Is it just Facebook the reason it looks like crap?

Its facebook. They compress the snot out of video clips. The larger the file size, the more its compressed. You are better off uploading to youtube and post the shared URL link onto FB.
