Videos no longer play on computer? Sound only

When I first got my phone I could download videos to my Win 7 computer and it would play them fine, now it only wants to play the audio and no video like its playing a sound file only, but it still plays a video I saved several months ago just fine, and the new videos have a different icon with a music symbol, this happens on 2 different computers so I think it's something with the phone? The videos are recorded in HD 720P and play fine on the phone. Any ideas? Running version 2.3.3
