Videos synced from Laptop but play with no sound

Can anyone help me

I have just bought the Optimus 2x and am really liking it but there are still a few bits I've not sorted yet.

I've (finally) managed to sync pictures and videos using LG PC Suite 4, but the videos play on the phone with no sound.

I've tried looking in all the settings and can't seem to find the solution. Anyone know what I am missing?

What format are the videos in? I have a DVD rip on mine in .avi and it works just fine...
