I cannot figure out how to view some sites in full mode. For example every time I go to the NY Times website, the mobile version comes up. I tried changing the mobile view setting but it didnt help. Any ideas?

there should be something on the bottom that gives you the option to view in "full" mode....its very small though

I know that on the bottom of the yahoo mobile site they have a selection for either mobile or full verison.

There are definitely sites that will not load any other way. I've disabled mobile view and eventried to enter the url manually.

What's the trick to getting radar loops to work on sites such as weatherunderground or the weather.gov? Is there a java app or something that needs to be installed? It worked on my Blackberry.

The server could be detecting that you're a mobile device, go in to settings and select Desktop AND go to their regular URL.

\Where is this DESKTOP option that your talking about?

In internet browser, there is an option to disable mobile website view but other than that there is nothing that says desktop.

Not sure, but I found an app called iMap that'll do radar loops.
