Vignette (paid) on OV?

Has anyone used the paid Vignette app on the OV? The built in camera app is terribly slow and I'm wondering if its capable of taking quicker shots that still look good. I know there is a demo of Vignette but its significantly limited by low resolution so you get a false sense of camera speed.

I have the paid version of Vignette on my V. It's a great app, but it won't win awards for speed. It takes about four seconds to process a photo and it forces you to save or discard every photo as you take it. This makes it hard to take a lot of photos in a short amount of time. If you find the stock camera terribly slow, you won't be impressed by Vignette. The vintage effects are really nice though!

Thanks for the input. I've since purchased the full version and I do like the app a lot. And you're right, it's certainly no speed demon. But I do find it allows me to snap pictures a little bit faster. I mean, not a huge difference, but I like it enough to have made it my default camera. I do like the "touch anywhere" thing. Worth 4 bucks? I'm not sure. But you're right about the effects being pretty nice. I've taken some pretty nice shots with vingette since I've gotten it.

Ive been using lgCameraPro for a while now. It works better than the stock camera and has some other options.

Checking out the free version now. Very nice! Is there any way to get lgCamera to launch from the camera button? I can't get it to do this. Vignette does it.

EDIT: Now its working. I had to uninstall Vignette to make it work.

Definitely loving lgCamera. I bought the Pro version. Definitely wish I hadn't dumped the 4 bucks on Vignette, but oh well. Thanks again.

Another thing I noticed is lgCamera seems to be quite a battery buster. I have to make sure I forcestop it when I'm done using it or it eats battery pretty badly.

I never noticed bad battery life with the app. I must just get lucky on these things. Glad you like it. I found it posted in a article on another site talking about camera apps.
