VINCI Tab questions

I have a few questions about the recently released VINCI Tab.

1. does anyone have a tablet by VINCI?
2. do you know anyone that uses one? how do they like it?
3. can you run the VINCI curriculm on a regular android tablet?
4. does the battery life suck?
5. is it impact resistant? i assume so since it's for kids.
6. any comments on the software or curriculm?
7. any other information?
