Virgin Mobile: Motorola Triumph or LG Optimus Black?

I know that one of these phones is based on speculation and rumors, regarding whether it will even be on VM. But, if it does become a reality, I have a tough decision to make, which is also based on the price & release date of the rumored phone.

Anyway, I already have the LG Op V and I'm fairly satisfied with it, but the main reason I want to upgrade is due to the lack of internal storage on my current phone. The bottom line is, if I do choose to get something new, should I go ahead and get the recently-released MotoTri or do I take a chance & wait for the Op Black?

If I end up going the prepaid route I think I'd like to do it with an LG Optimus Black on Virgin Mobile.

I like the size of it compared to the Moto Triumph (a little too big) and Optimus V (a little too small). I like the looks of it and what I've seen of LG's new user interface. The Nova display sounds cool and is the type of technology that prepaid customers rarely get to enjoy. I'm also hearing that it will have Gingerbread on it by the time it is released in the U.S which is a major plus.

I have to wait until the end of August for my AT&T contract to run out, in the meantime I'm going to keep my eyes open and hope for an official announcement that the Optimus Black is coming to Virgin Mobile.

I'm staying away from the Huawei......oops I mean "Motorola" Triumph. Maybe I will try it if a new rom comes out & fixes some of its....issues/problems :-[ . Definitely waiting for the Black! Hope it is is as good as it seems.

It's definitely being heavily rumored!! All I know is that everywhere I seem to look (except for VM's own site), the MotoTri is gettin' shot down left & right!! The worst reviews seem to be coming the most from Best Buy's site. Right now, it's averaging a 2.9 out of 5 (with almost 70 reviews) and has been gradually going down each day I look. Samsung's Intercept is even being looked at more favorable there. ...smh...

I think I'm just gonna hold on to my LG OpV for now and hope that the 'Black' does make it to VM sometime this year.

Ive had every andriod on virgin mobile heres how it stands on my reviews so far.
1.Lg Optimus BLack (questional to come out for virgin mobile but good as a phone)
2.Motorola Triumph (due to rushed out the phone had many setbacks but good with a new rom)
3.Lg optimus V
4.Lg optimus slider
5.Htc WildFire (personal reason i just dont like the phone to small)
6.Samsung intercept (its average once overclocked)

If your having internal space issues, root the phone a flash a different ROM. I'm running BACKside with about 60mb free internally. I apways have room for apps, because they all go on my SD card.
