Virgin Money app

[Android Central Question]

when i open the virgin money app on my google 6. there is no keyboard or option for a keyboard to enable me to login help please

I just had this same problem on my Pixel 6a, but I managed to fix it. I noticed that when I launched Virgin Money, there was a pop-up that briefly flashed up before the main page. The pop-up was the app requesting location permissions. Until this is satisfied, it takes focus away from the app, and you won't be able to get the keyboard up. Bit of bad programming on Virgins side. To fix this, go to Settings->Apps->Virgin Money->Permissions, and then allow location permission. Once this is done, the app will launch successfully and you'll get the keyboard when tapping on a text field.

Hi, are you using this app on Android 13? I ask as I have just changed device and the app does not request permission for storage so I cannot download my statements. On my old device (Android 12) this permission is requested and granted. Don't know how to grant permission if it's not requested.

I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling from play store, uninstalling and reinstalling from Samsung Restore and still no change.
