virtual assistant

Can anybody recommend a good virtual assistant like vlingo , for the rezound. Mostly I would like to text and call people from contacts by voice. It would also be nice to listen to texts if that is possible. I tried the search button on the phone but I am having a hard time getting it to recognize the names of some of my contacts.

Sorry you haven't gotten much response. I (and many people that I know) am not a big fan of virtual assist. Have tried them and found the benefits are minimal compared to the resources required (battery, storage etc.) so I use voice search or voice call mainly.

Sorry, I responded earlier and I guess the post got eaten.. My question was/is what's wrong with Vlingo? It works fairly well to do the things you've listed.

I tried vlingo a while back and it did not work at all. Its been a while and at the time I was not rooted so I will give vlingo another try

In case you guys were wondering. I installed Vlingo and it does work great now
