Virtual buttons

I have an S8 and the virtual buttons seem quite handy, but it's annoying that I need to swipe up whenever I need to use them.

Is it possible to have them 'stick' via a setting?

And to turn off the home pressure sensitive button. I always push it when playing a game.

And to turn off the home pressure sensitive button. I always push it when playing a game.

Settings>display>navigation bar... You can set home button sensitivity to less sensitive. That might help with accidental presses during games.
