Hi, my wife's Nexus 7 goes to a black screen for about 10 seconds then goes to the main screen. The second time she goes into the app it works. It does this with several apps. AVG says it's malware, Device Provisioner, and wants her to uninstall it but it won't uninstall. She also tried Avast which doen not detect a problem. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks, Lan

Device Provisioner is a system app--I have it on my Nexus 5. It sounds like a false positive: Device Provisioner false positive malware? | Google Nexus 5 | XDA Forums

Can you tell us exactly which apps cause the problem? It's probably due to some app causing a conflict somewhere. But first, you could try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data, and which can fix various issues. http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...e-nexus-7-2012-2013-cache-partition-wipe.html

Thanks for the reply B. Diddy. It was several apps, outlook, newspress (local newspaper) she can't remember anything else. She think it started with the newspress. However it has resolved itself. Lan
