It's rare that Android gets an actual virus, your problems are more likely due to an app. If this porn app is asking to be an administrator it has too many permissions and should be uninstalled. Most porn apps are malicious. They want your information, identity, or to spam your friends. My advice would be to factory reset your device and start over being careful what you install. If this device has an SD I'd remove it and go thru it very carefully before installing it again, scan it with something like MalWare Bytes before using it again. Also if your device wants to restore apps from a backup I would advise against it because it will like install the problem app again.

I cant do anything. The popup of secret lock has stopped working is popping in 1 sec after i close it but them this fake uninstall app popup is blocking me to do anything. Also tell me how to factory reset thru this chinese menu?

turn off your phone, boot up recovery mode and on the menu just choose factory reset. Different phone have different ways of opening recovery mode so you might have to do some research or just play with the power button + any of the volume keys.

I know what to do but i cant understand menu

Sorry I was gone for the weekend. Anyway the link below will help you get to recovery. As for not being able to read the Chinese text, I've found the menu is often in the same order, so if it's 3 clicks down for factory reset in English it's 3 clicks in French and German. The number of options don't usually change from language to language. Choosing yes or no may take a try or two since they don't show it in the screenshots.
