Visual Voice Mail audio quality

I went into the local ATT store and a rep set up my visual voice mail etc. Today someone left a voice message and when I attempted to listen to it, the voice was so staticky I couldn't even make it out. So I called ATT customer service who then left me a voice message and it was also terrible. Anyone else have good call quality but lousy voice mail audio when they listen?

Am going to head to the ATT store tomorrow since the guy in customer service really couldn't help.. Just seems weird.

Mine is funky too. App also crashes when i press on a contacts pic to bring me to their profile... Very annoying.

Definatly a terrible built app.

Well after a visit to the ATT store where the rep called my phone and left a message, it appears that the problem may have been a network issue yesterday since the message he left was clear.. Never had this kind of problem on my iPhone, but the voice message audio comes from ATT not the phone. Otherwise, regular calls are clear and loud.. Will just have to wait and see if it happens again.. Weird.

I personally use Google voice for my voice mail. I find it does a pretty good job of text transcribing them, and and I like that sends me an email of the message.
