Visual Voicemail GONE!

I recently got a replacement phone and rooted from stock after getting both OTA updates and then restored my apps via Titanium Back Up. Everything is working great other than my Stock Voicemail app was gone. I restored it individually and it just opens a blank screen that says Visual Voicemail at the top. Any other's experiencen this or know how to get the package back for the stock app? Google voice doesn't seem to work on Verizon and the other apps, don't give caller names.
