Visual Voicemail stops playing

Does anyone else experience Visual Voicemail playback stopping when putting the phone to your ear? The second the screen goes off from the proximity sensor the playback stops. The screen comes back on in the visual voicemail tab, so it just seems like the screen going off is causing it to stop. I contacted OnePlus support who is recommending that I do a hard reset. I want to see if anyone else is experiencing the problem first before I go down that path. TIA.

Same thing happens on mine. I just use the speaker to play it instead.

Don't bother with a reset. This has been a problem on their phone app since 2.x versions of Oxygen OS on the OnePlus 2 and continues to be an issue in the 3.x versions on both the OP2 & OP3, at least in my experience.

Thanks joggy. I've provided that feedback to OnePlus support. If it's been an issue for a while I suspect it won't be resolved anytime soon.

This looks to be fixed in the 3.2.6 update.
