Visual Voicemail - Verizon

It seems since the Nougat update when I put the phone up to my ear to listen to my voicemails (Verizon) the message stops playing. Anyone else?

I noticed that for the first timelast week. I'm thinking that a setting is out of position, but I haven't yet had the time to look.

have fun with this. I've been having this issue since I bought the phone.
It ends up its actually Samsung Pay conflicting with the visual voicemail app.
Disable all Samsung Favorite card settings and the issue is resolved.

Where do I disable the card favorites, did not seem to have this issue before Nougat update. Nougat really stinks for users who use the phone for phone purposes, not just texting and such. Thanks

Mine is doing this too. so bizarre. It stops playing voicemails every 5 to 10 seconds and I have to hit play again.

This was never an issue before Nougat. Not liking nougat...
