Visual Voicemail with AT&T and Unlocked Note 10+

Hello,

Is anyone having issues accessing their visual voicemail (VVM) on their unlocked Note 10+ (purchased from Samsung)?? The VVM icon should appear on the dial pad to the left of the zero...correct? I had an unlocked Note 9 that had it appear on the left of the zero so I assume it would be the same here on the Note 10.

When a voicemail comes in, I get two notifications. One from the default voicemail notification. The 2nd one is from visual voicemail. I have no way to access my visual voicemail unless I get a notification that I have a voicemail.

HOWEVER, the voicemail app in the app list on my phone will take me to VVM. I don't get why it is set up like this. I contacted AT&T and they couldn't solve the issue. My phone is registered with them. I resetted all network settings and still AT&T couldn't solve the issue. I am hoping someone has or had this same issue and found a solution.

No I do not I just have an app called Voicemail. But I think it is the same thing since when I press it, the app opens my Visual Voicemail inbox.

Yep, same here on unlocked Note 10+ on AT&T. App called "Voicemail".
