T-Mobile visual voicemail. It is bare bones and does exactly what I need.
I'm using AT&T's visual voicemail on my OnePlus One with no problem.
Does it install Associated T-Mobile bloat? I am not want to install any carrier crap, but I do like VVM.

Great I know. But doesn't it add other crap like the My Account app does?

no, you just download the individual app. I did download the my tmobile app also. just for checking data usage, but all the apps are separated.

The My Account app adds bloat in that it does you the magnanimous favor of checking your phone for problems and then announces the non-problems it finds in a manner that can't be stopped.

It can be turned off, thankfully.
Honestly the Google Voice visual voicemail is great for me. Now, it displays in hangouts along with everything else. Also, in the Google Voice app there is a setting to show the voicemails for your carrier number in the dialer app.
How do I get google voice to work with Verizon service for voicemail. Please help thanks.

IME, turning off that "helpful" device check does nothing. It still checks, often.

At the very least, it keeps you from getting those annoying notifications. Without root that's the best I can hope for.
