Visual Voicemail

This is driving me crazy and I can't figure it out... I have and pay for the T-MOBILE visual voicemail to text on my s9. Each time I turn off or restart my phone i not only get notifications and voice mails from that app but also s notification and all voice-mail from some other app. Is there an internal voicemail on this phone that I'm missing? Just can't figure it out. Please help and thank you.

Press and hold on the notification and it will show you what app displayed that notification.
Or tap on the notification to open it then tap the recent apps button and it will show you what apps are running.
