Visual voicemail??

I deleted the TMO Visual Voicemail App and trying to set up through stock phone app but not working. Do I need to use the TMO app only?

Yes, use the T-Mobile app. Voicemail is carrier specific

Yes but why wouldn't the stock phone app allow me to use? My unlocked g5+ allows it without the TMO app

they didn't release an unlocked version for the USA and carrier branded phones are different and custom
