VisualVoiceMail disappeared from App Drawer

I did something (don't exactly remember) that caused VisualVoiceMail to disappear from App Drawer. How can I get it back? Note that I actually still have that app, as I managed to have it show up in that pull-out tab thing in the lower right. But dragging it out of this special tab does not work. What I really want is for the VisualVoiceMail app to live on the home page right to Phone and Text apps.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy A32
The VisualVoiceMail app came packaged with Android, and is not from my carrier (PureTalk)

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Is this the carrier app for Visual Voicemail, or is it a native app on the phone?

Check in settings>apps is it disabled or check if it's hidden?

Long press empty page on home screen then tap home screen settings>look for hidden apps tap then see if any are hidden?

Yep, I found it hidden in there, and so I tapped on it to unhide. And now it shows up in the app drawer. And I just figured out how to add it to home page simply by pressing on it and selecting that very option!
