Vivo doesn't give notification sound when connected to bluetooth headset

[Android Central Question]

I use vivo v11 & is always connected to bluetooth headset of jbl for calls. The issue is when I get message or whatsapp phones ringtone doesn't sounds it's only vibrates & sounds in headphone only. Before vivo i was using Samsung Note in that I use to hear sound both on phone & bluetooth headset. Is it issue with vivo, does anybody is facing the same problem
