Vivo v15 internal storage insufficient problem

Hi guys I need a help about internal storage insufficient problem in my Vivo V15 64-GB.

Problem is My internal storage total size 27.62 GB as you see in screenshot no.2 but Internet storage saying only 3.25 GB Available as you see screenshot no.1.

Please tell me how can I recover 25GB as a free space without factory reset. I can't reset my mobile. Please help me about this.

Try clearing the cache on apps to see if it clears space

Welcome to Android Central! Trying to total up the space used by apps and files that way is not accurate. There may be many other files that don't show up in the file manager that contribute to taking up storage. The DiskUsage app suggested by mustang7757 can be useful to get a better idea of what's going on.

Keep in mind that various messaging and social media apps like Telegram, Textra, kik, Instagram, etc. can build up an enormous cache, and clearing their caches can recover significant space.
