vivo X Fold3 Pro Global-JULY update

vivo have begun rolling out the July 2025 security patch to their global, (FunTouch), models of the X Fold3 Pro. This update also has a number of bug fixes and optimizations for Android 15 as detailed in the screenshot.

This is the vivo X Fold3's 11th Android 15 update in 11 months.

The global version still doesn't have a developer option to have a "fix" to force it to get 5g, so even though it says 5g it doesn't get 5g speeds. But I rarely notice it to be an issue. Otherwise no works perfectly on t mobile

I have had Developer Options enabled on my vivo X Fold3 Pro since the day I owned it a year ago. (See fig: #1)

You need to enable Developer Options by going to...

Settings > About phone > Software information > Build number (See fig: #2)... Tap this around 7 times until Developer Options are shown as enabled.

Here in the UK on the global standard network, I simply inserted my Vodafone carrier SIM card and was immediately offered 5G and am on my carrier's 5G Ultra (SA) network.

It's amazing. Everything works perfectly and you can delete 99% of the chinese apps. Google assistant works fine, notifications work fine, WhatsApp works fine. Really happy with this purchase. Phone feels next gen when compared to Fold 5. Also the camera takes amazing photos.
