Vivo Xi + Storage

When I hook my phone up to my computer I can see the SD card but not the internal drive. Is there a way to do it? All my other phones did.

When you connect via USB, swipe down the notification panel and tap the USB icon. Make sure MTP or File Transfer is selected.

Have you tried different cables and your USB port on the phone is clean free of dirt ?

Is the SD card formatted as Internal Storage? What happens if you right-click the Vivo Xi+ listing?
