Vodafone UK, and Android Nougat ( 7.0 )

Is there anyone else on Vodafone in the UK, with the upgrade to Nougat? I haven't been able to access the My Vodafone app since the update. Is you'rs working? Or is it just me?

I've un installed and re installed it too, same thing. I'm getting "Sorry, we're having a few technical difficulties at the moment, we're working hard to fix it, please try again later"
 
Just updated and My Vodafone (UK) is running fine for me.

hmm...well, still nothing here.

I've uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, and re installed the app, hoping it would set up any permissions needed, but still getting the same error message. :(

It's the only thing not working lol, wish I could figure it out.
 
Just to add more to this, in case it's any good for anyone else.

I've also had issues getting online to view my account through the computer, so I think there is more at work here. I've Live Chatted with Vodafone rep's a few time today, the last person has advised me the app is out of date now, due to the Nougat upgrade, but they can update and reset it for me. Which they are doing now. I've to leave it a few hours then try it all again.

So, fingers crossed....and we'll see how it all works out.
 
Just a further update, in case this is helpful to anyone.

I've spoken to Vodafone, lots... and they cannot fix this issue. Looking at the reviews of the app on the Play Store, there are plenty of others too that are having issues.

So...i think we may just have to wait for an update appearing in the store, and then see how we get on. For now, it appears to be FUBAR.
 
Had the same problem with my personal/business account apps with Lloyds Bank...hasn`t worked while I was on Nougat beta but they`ve updated both apps in the last couple of days and all is well.Hopefully the same will happen for you on Vodafone
