Voice assistant question

Is there any voice assistant that is close to Siri? And it there a way to assign it to the home button action like pressing 3 time's? That's the only thing I can't belive sams u no or Android hasn't made yet is a voice to compete with Siri or Cortina

Open the Google app, tap Menu -> Settings ->Voice and make sure "Speech output" is enabled. Also, make certain that Media Volume is not muted.

It's not Siri, but it DOES do voice responses.

I find you can ask Google anything out loud, like Siri. Some things, it works far better than Siri, other things, maybe not as well and then others are fairly comparable. My wife uses an iPhone and I'm usually able to ask and receive information we want and get it faster by asking Google.
