Voice calls: can't hear the calling party! silence.

Dear All:

Over the last week or so since I have been using the S6 Edge, I've received several calls where i could not hear one single sound from the caller.

that said, if the caller calls back in a minute, i hear them and it seems fine.

i'm wondering if this might be a phone issue or a network issue?

btw, TMobile here in NYC (manhattan).

I'd suspect a network issue. Have you mentioned this to your carrier? When you can't hear the caller, can they hear you?
