Voice calls while on internet

I had heard Sprint was attempting to roll out volte service in the US. There was a program that allowed calls while on the internet and I cannot remember the name of it you can download it from the App Store I believe and it sets a program to allow you to make calls

It's called something like calling advanced plus I believe. I think the phone itself has to be approved for use with it.

Just in the corporate store regarding Volte. They don't have a clue. I personally think they are waiting for merger announcements and then they'll proceed accordingly.
I have a Galaxy watch given to me as a gift LTE Sprint version.

Beautiful and excellent watch faces. The watch itself runs excellent as well. But when you know you're not getting what you're supposed to as a stand-alone device and no one knows anything. it's very sad.

I have to keep phone with me within 20' at all times.
Couldn't tell the inlaws you've made a mistake.

Just be grateful and just hope Sprint fixes things.

They're ever so slowly rolling it on a per market base now along with you needing to have the appropriate phone. Basically.. slowly..

The note 10 plus you have to toggle on Volte.

However this has been working very, very spotty.
Phone must stay in LTE mode to able to use Volte.

Then in the top right corner (volte) will appear when the ability to use it.
I've had 30% chance of successfully using it.
Anyone having better success?

Where the Arrow is pointed, (volte) shows up like a a winning lottery ticket. Rare as you can imagine.

Finally working excellent now. Sim exchanged and there it was.
They didn't even know what to do.
I said give me a brand new phone or swap out sim card.
They took the latter first and there it was (volte).

They were prepared to give me a new phone I will say that.
But thanks to the Sim Lord's I'm back in business.
