Voice command into app command?

When I say "OK, Google" and get "S" voice to activate, it merely types (correctly) the app that I want to launch, but it does not find or take me to the app. It just transcribes what I have said on screen and doesn't do anything else. How can I use the "S voice?"

Open the Svoice app and then you can set it up with a custom command. You don't use Ok Google to activate it.
