I cannot get any voice-mail on my Verizon phone. Restarting the phone does not help. The app cannot be uninstalled. Any suggestions?

Verizon's text support "Tech Coach" had me clear the cache, but not the data. I finally called and spoke to a person, and they had me cllear the data as well. After that, the phone went into a long account verification process. I still could not see my voice mails, but at least the app was not crashing. I had to long press 1 on the phone dialer to access and delete the most recent voice mails, and then I was able to see them on my phone. What a pain.You already tried clearing the app cache/data for the voicemail app?
