Voice mail problem.

Just encountered a wired problem today. Went to retrieve a voicemail, when I switched to the phone keypad, the screen keeps going off and on , on it own rapidly. This is the first time it happened and doesn't happen when I use the keypad to make a call. I even tried powering down and on again but no help. Any thoughts?

Just had the very same thing happen. Just like you said, powering down did not correct the problem. I then tried to dial another number using the keypad which worked fine and now I am having no problems accessing my voicemail using the keypad. Very strange...

I had the problem where it would not recognize my key entry for the voice mail password.

It appears that there seems to be an issue with the Touch Wizard. What I have noticed is that if I enable the speaker phone before entering the numeric password it has a problem. If I do not enable the speaker phone, it will accept the numeric entry via the keypad. Any body else see this problem?

I called tech support and they want me to exchange the phone.

I also have a problem with Voice Mail using Samsung Stratisphere. Pressing the icon on the home screen
brings up the screen to "Call voice Mail", "Clear notifications", or Subscribe to Visual Voice Mail. Pressing
"Call voice mail" brings up the key pad, but then the screen goes black almost immediately and you have to press the power button to get it back. Anyone else seen this one?

Standard dialer? Just tried it on exdialer and it was fine
