My wife's S5 is having that same annoying Visual voice mail update notice on it.
I have looked at the website and I have VM disabled there.
It goes away, and then it comes back.
so far, I have just been ignoring it, hit the Double Menu and close it out and go on.
I damn sure am not going to send it off, because it has nothing to do with the phone. It is coming from the VZW servers.
