Voice match

I'm not sure why but all of a sudden voice match won't sync up and work. I've tried to re set it up a few times but it keeps on timing out has anyone else had this issue yet?

Have you tried on mobile data? If on WiFi, your work network might be blocking traffic to the Google services required for it.

Oh yes yes absolutely try them on my home router and LTE. Same result it's weird... I can't say my ok Google commands. Mhmm

Do you have any other device signed into your account that you can test? Is it working there? Have you tried signing out of your Google account on your device and re-signing in?

Yep yep, as a matter of fact, I have a Google Home mini. And when I say to you ok Google command, that activates normally. I tried to do the voice recognition on my Google app on my phone several times but it just times out over and over and over again. And Android Auto voice assistant isn't working either. I have to physically hit the microphone button on my infotainment screen in my car.

Those don't 'count' as the Assistant portion is slightly different than phones/tablets. Do you have one of the latter to try? I'd try signing out and signing back in as suggested... or try with a different Google account just to test.

All right, so what I did but seemed to work so far was force uninstalled and exited the beta program for Google application. Uninstall the updates. Then, reinstalled the updates and rejoined the beta program. Voice match seems to be working flawlessly again. Thank God. Lol

haha, yeah thanks. It was really starting to annoy me. That's one of the most used functions of my phone and Google Assistant of course lol
