Voice Search/Command Bugs SC 2.9.1

As the title states, I'm running SC 2.9.1. I searched this section of the forums for similar problems but didn't come up with anything. In the past few weeks i've noticed the following bugs:

1) When pressing the power button to bring the phone out of sleep/lock the voice search will sometimes pop up. Not really sure why.

2) When long-pressing the search softkey, the voice search comes up, but when attempting to use voice commands ( call "____", navigate to "____") I get a google search.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried wiping your cache / dalvik cache yet?

I was having the same problem with the Voice Search popping up randomly.

I just moved on up to 2.9.2, and problem solved.

As stated. Wipe cache and also fix permissions. Sounds like you got a little bug in the voice search app for the commands not routing properly. If all else fails jump to 2.9.2 since you ought to upgrade anyway. As far as the random pop-up for it, give your screen/buttons a good cleaning. I've had a few times that my soft buttons have "stuck" due to a dirty finger print or something of the sort.

I wiped but still having the problem. On to 2.9.2.

I have the same problem when I try to call from my contacts list. It always does a search and never calls from my contacts list. SC 2.9.2 have wiped cache and dalvik cache, also done fix permissions.

Did you fix permissions in cwm or did you use the commands in terminal emulator? As far as I'm aware the command in cwm to fix permissions isn't working still.

I used the terminal and did fxpms.

I get the same problem and I am on Stock EB01 with EC10 kernel. will not get into my contacts.
