The" Voice search" on my Incredible worked like a charm for 8 weeks and stopped, now all responses are "links"rather that voice responses. Verizon store reps say it not supposed to respond wth a voice..Nonsence, it did for 2 months. In fact in enjoyed "conversing" with the british lady voice..can you help so I can return to Verizon and show them there mis-information. and return to enjoyin this feature?
