Voice to Text keeps duplicating!

Deleting Google updates worked for me. I have an older version of Google now but who cares! I see if the next Google update messes it up again.

the problem everybody is having with the repeating itself is easy to fix all you need to do is uninstall updates on Google and uninstall updates on your text-to-speech GoogleI did that and it's working fine

I'm using an LG Stylo 2 plus I'm trying to figure out how exactly to uninstall updates for Google and text to speech ?

I tried uninstalling Google itself but it obviously won't let me period please help!

My S7E is doing it now that I updated to Nougat. Sometimes it puts things in 3 times. Crazy.

Uninstall the Google search it will fix the problem but you have installed back the Google search for voice message. There is NO problem when I installed back the Google search. Good luck.

I think the problem stems from Google voice typing and the keyboard app installed on the phone itself which are both trying to remain the primary voice app. I can't find any settings that specifically shut down either one. Turning off Google voice seems to effect their entire app lineup, and in my case I think the second bounce through is coming from T-Mobile.
