Voice transcription issues

I came from a Note 8 before I got the Note 9 and the voice transcription when I dictate emails or text messages or anything was near flawless on the Note 8.

On the Note 9 it's rather horrible, I have to constantly edit the majority of the text after I speak into the microphone and I'm wondering if this is something that is known or are there some settings I need to adjust?

I'm just not sure what the issue is. Thank you.

Are you using Google Speech or Samsung? I've always had issues with Samsung and voice typing.

I'm trying to figure which one I have, can you tell by the attached photo?

Actually I just figured out how to switch it over to Google text to speech and I'll try that out for the next day so far so good as I'm dictating right now in this post
