Got a warranty replacement from Samsung about 2 weeks ago, and everything has been working just fine. 2 days ago I notice that Bixby and Google Assistant are no longer responding to my wake up commands.
I went into Bixby settings to adjust wake up sensitivity, but when I go in there, the phone freezes for about 5 seconds before sending me back to the previous screen and giving me a popup saying that voice wake up isn't working.
I've also tried using Bixby by holding in the Bixby button, but it immediately gives me the "I didn't catch that" response.
Anyone else dealing with this? Any suggestions?
