Voicemail issue

I have a couple of issues with my voicemail. Its the Verizon voicemail with the Note4.

1. Not to big of a deal, but when listening to any media player I have my voicemail come through like a song. Its labeled as Unknown artist? How do I stop this from happening. Playmusic, Music, Amazon music all have this issue.

2. Just noticed this. I would delete my voicemail then it would go to the deleted folder. Then when I delete it from there it should be gone. Now when I get a call and a new voicemail. All the voicemail deleted it now back? It just reappears.

I'm with o2,to stop voicemail you call 1760,i always have it turned off. Ask your provider the number to turn it off.. Good luck!
