Voicemail Password Setting

To bypass entering your password for voice mail:
Menu > Settings > Call Settings > Voicemail > *86PXXXX# (The x's are your password)

Didn't work for me ... but is the "p" above case sensitive because I couldn't find how to get caps to work?

Menu> Settings> Call Settings> Voicemail> the number pad that comes up already has a capital P just above the capital W but when entered they are lower case. For Veriz I have to use *86ppXXXXpp1 with the X's my password and the "1" get's me listening to new VM's. Works great just have to find your sweet spot with the P's or pauses.
