voicemail wifi data disable in jellybean saying not connective

i updated jellybean last night and i notice when i disable data mobile i click on voicemail saying internet connective not working error however if i enable data mobile it will come up

anybody experience this problem when on wifi no voicemail connection after jellybean update or not
