I just noticed that I am not getting my voice mail. It is going to a account that was set up on my other phone ,that my wife now has. It is going to that google account. How do I get it to go to my phone. Also is there a way to get the messages to go to a service and not the gmail account?

don't remember setting that up but apparently I am. I am trying to research google voice now. I still am not sure why it goes to my wife's phone

go to www.google.com/voice

log into your google account. then go to Settings. First tabs should be Phones. See if your wife's number shows up in that tab under phones. Make sure you are logged into your account though.

Ok let me see if I can explain this a little better. I must have set this up on my phone # when I had the fascinate. I got a new phone and gave my wife that phone. I set up a new gmail for my new phone but didn't set up any voicemail .On the original gmail account my phone # shows up where you said to look, my wife's # does not. Both of the calls coming into my phone and hers both go to that account

I would setup a new google voice for your new google account. then activate your phone with that.

ok I'll try that and see what happens. Also what is the google access #. I assume it is the # to call to get your messages. It tells me it will assign google access # or I can put in my # but I don't know how you would call and get your messages by calling your own #

Google Access # is the number you call to get your voice mails. Just have it assign you an access #.
