voicemail

i can not get my voicemail to work, i cant even "personalize" it. i cant set it up, or dont know how, can anyone help?

Hate to say it, but this might require a call to Sprint.

Do a profile update. When i had the same problem thats what sprint told me to do and it fixed it. And you might as well do prl too
