Voicemail

So, I realize this may be an issue with my carrier, but since they're closed and I can't contact them at the moment, I thought I'd check here. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active, and recently my voicemail has not been working. It used to, but all of a sudden it just isn't there anymore. If someone calls and I don't answer, it plays a tone, then says the mobile user is not available. I thought if I tried calling voicemail it would let me set up my voicemail again. It didn't. It just told me I didn't have a voicemail. Any ideas? Does the S5 have a different way you go about setting up voicemail? Or do I need to just contact my carrier?
