Voltage and mobile Internet issues

I upgraded to BAMF GB 2.0-6 today. I am still having radio problems like I did earlier in the day. I cannot get above 1x. I am on the MR2 radio and am now going to try the Alpha radio. Is there any way to check if there is an area Internet outage?

Also, the current widget says the voltage rates anywhere from 136 to 148 with no Internet on. What could cause it to be so high? Thanks in advance.

Of course as soon as I flash the Alpha radio, 4G is back up for me. My voltage is still way up. Looking for ways to tune it down. I have SetCPU running.
