Not sure I understand.. You want to use the on to charge a different phone... Why not just get a top up card for the ov and use it?

Most charging ports on electronics are protectd with fuses and diodes which are little one way gates. Power can get in to charge but not back out. Plus you have to run the power through the charging circuit before it hits the battery so I don't think the OV would work for this purpose.
