VOLTE Issue

I'm having the following problem:

My wife and me are both on StraightTalk and I'm able not able to do VOLTE but she is here are the circumstances:

1 - Verizon branded phones for both
2 - Both are using the BYOD plan (I don't think this makes a difference though)
3 - both phones do not allow for anything other than the APN name to be changed (no settings and no reset to default)

4 - she can use VOLTE and I can't
5 - she has a Note 4 and I have a Note Edge.

Any help would be appreciated.

18553355922 samsung tech in plano texas good luck. my problem is 910t to at&t. 910t only getting 4g most of the time specially in suburb.

I'll give it a try. I forgot to mention the 1.0 feature is irrelevant for both.
We are both on ST and the 1.0 feature does not work for either phone.

Plane and simple she has it and I don't

I didn't realize it until I had something get interrupted. I didn't have this issue with the service provider I left and was thinking WTH. Ugh it's frustrating.
